All cases are opened positively through a system of opposite suction cups allowing to provide perfectly squared cases. A second system allows the positive opening of outer flaps before folding inner flaps.
Completely standardized, format changeovers are simple and easy to perform: no tools are necessary. HMI guidance as well as videos and tutorials are available via the 12 "touchscreen.
It has been designed to provide operators with comfort, ergonomics and safety, in particular with a cardboard blank magazine located 700 mm from the ground (ideal height for transferring cardboard blanks from a pallet to the magazine), full-height access doors, sensors for the presence of blanks, etc.
Our RSC case erector is provided with an inline implementation unlike most of competitors case erectors which propose 90° layout. It is therefore easier to integrate into existing production lines or case packing combination machines.
Through an OPCUA connectivity, the 12’’ HMI screen enables to access to all machine parameters. It is particularly useful for MG Tech technicians for preventive maintenance operations.
